What is Eastern
Eastern Mass Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week fitness program led by
Shannon Barbato. Each day
your camp will be one hour in length. You should be motivated, inspired
and have fun while getting a fantastic workout.
Is boot camp for me?

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to
complete more than they are capable of doing
safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome
to participate. Each day will slightly increase
What exercises are included in the program?
We do everything from running/walking (less
than 1 mile), weight training (upper and lower
body), core conditioning, abdominal work,
calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training and
more! Everyday is a little different from the
day before and you will get a complete workout

presses, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, squat
thrusts, lunges, squats, crunches, the plank,

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet 3 to 5 times per week, depending on which class they are attending. All participants will
be expected to arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of
hand weights (3-5 lbs), running shoes and a water
bottle. These items
can be purchased at any local Target, Walmart,
TJ Max or any other sporting goods store.
What will I get out of it? Why should I participate?
You should make a dramatic improvement in your
physical well-being. Camp exercises include programs
- firm your butt and thighs,
- flatten your stomach,
- reduce body fat, and
- increase stamina.
By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches
and gain strength -- and you'll look and feel better. In
addition, you'll meet great people who share your same
goals for acquiring a healthy mind and body. You will be
finished with your training before the rest of the world

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299.
that is twenty hours of instruction - which averages out
to just $14.95 per hour. This is a great
opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction
from a professional trainer for a fraction of the cost.
Do I have to go 5 days a week?
Results should be more dramatic coming five days,
however, you can also choose to come three days a week
for a discount of $100. Total cost $199.
Generally, you would attend Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday sessions. However, we will accommodate any
three-day combination that works for you.
Will there be other camp times?
In the future we would love to add another time slot
to the schedule. Feel free to make a suggestion
during your evaluation.
