Eastern Mass Adventure Boot Camp

What is the sign-up process?

  1. Create a profile on this website: click here
  2. View the calendar: click here
  3. Choose the class you want to attend and complete the class registration.
  4. Payment can be made through Paypal during the class registration process or mailed directly to 6 Mechanic Street, Foxboro MA 02035. All payments must be made before the start of camp.
Registration includes the following:

  1. Introduction/welcome letter to Eastern Mass Adventure Boot Camp and answers to any other questions you may have can be downloaded here after registering.
  2. The night before every camp you will have the opportunity to be weighed and measured at our office at 6 Mechanic Street. We don't care what the measurements show. It is strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information are strictly confidential.
  3. You will be given your official Adventure Boot Camp T-shirt!

Will I be sore?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process of improving your physical condition!

What kind of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Some of our participants just need a jump-start their fitness and wellness program. Some are tired of the same out routine and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. Most of our campers have some history of exercise, but it's not required. We make the program just right for your ability level.

Is there a refund policy?

If you sign up and and are unable to attend camp because of circumstances BEYOND your control, we will  offer you a credit for another Boot camp if you notify us 10 days before the start of camp. If you fail to notify that you will not be attending, you will still earn a credit, however you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
We do not offer refunds. This policy is not negotiable.

What is a typical day like at boot camp?

We don't have typical days - if you wanted the same routine day after day, then you would probably buy a treadmill. But you can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, some running (less than a mile), light weight-training, mat work, jumping rope, and sports-related games. Each day is designed to be fun and different - and never boring.

How soon should I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Remember, everyone is different!

What will I do after boot camp is over?

You will get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.
